The corners of the mouth and surrounding areas down to the chin are often the first thing that women want treated as they age. This area is called the Marionette farea and includes the Marionette folds. When treating this area we use dermal filler injections which helps to lift the area and also promotes the bodies own collagen production to help skin tightening. Usually one ml of filler will give a reasonable result but generally 2 ml of filler works brilliantly. This procedure is done using a dental block and so is pain free. The results last up to one year and you can return to normal activities on the same day.
